The UUFEC will be taking the evening meal to Opportunity Place on Thursday, January 19th, 2012. We provide an entrée and salad/veggies for 30 adults. It works best if each contributor can provide food for 15 people, but adjustments can be made if you prefer to prepare for a smaller number.
