The Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of the Emerald Coast is excited to be in search for a half-time Unitarian Universalist minister to walk with us on the next steps of our congregational journey.

We are a congregation of 83 members, located on the beautiful Emerald Coast in the Florida Panhandle. We have raised funds for two years of half-time ministry, following UUA guidelines for fair compensation. A Minister Search Committee was formed in September 2017.

In January 2017, when we launched a fundraising campaign to hire a minister, the congregation met in small groups to discuss what type of minister we would like.
Those conversations were summarized as follows:

UUFEC wants to be a growing and engaging community. We seek a creative minister who will tend to the core duties of Sunday Services and pastoral care, while supporting UUFEC members in strengthening our programs and helping UUFEC be an engaged presence in the local community.
