REQUIREMENTS TO USE OUR BUILDING FACILITIES

Please download and complete the application form listed below and return to the Office Manager, the Calendar Coordinator mailbox, or Micah Krider. This should be done at least 45 days before the event if at all possible. There will be a quick turn around of approval.

If you are going to request a speaker, performer, or group to hold the date you have selected, do not sign a contract, until the Event Coordinating Committee has given their approval.
